Besides underground utility investigations (QL-A and QL-B), I2S performs sewer CCTV inspections, pipeline maintenance and repair and 360-degree manhole and tank inspections to support provincially mandated asset management plans. All CCTV operators are NASSCO-certified, while SUI personnel receive specialized instruction in ground disturbance and line locating. Each employee also receives role-specific training, with new staff spending two years developing the skills needed to support client projects. The management team brings years of field knowledge that enables them to apply practical, real-world solutions to project challenges.
